Shipping Policy

This shop is small, personal and run by one person. I do my best to keep shipping clear, fair and transparent. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact me before or after purchasing.


Production & Processing Time

All products are printed on demand. This means your item is made specially for you when you place your order, instead of being taken from a big stock.

  • Production time: usually between 2–7 business days.
  • During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), production may take a little longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email when your order has been shipped.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment partner used for your order. The estimates below are indicative and not guaranteed:

  • Europe: usually 3–10 business days after shipping.
  • North America: usually 5–15 business days after shipping.
  • Rest of the world: usually 7–20 business days after shipping.

These are estimates only. Customs delays, local postal issues or unexpected events (strikes, extreme weather, etc.) can affect delivery times.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.

In some regions, taxes, duties or customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These additional costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Whenever possible, orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information (if available for your country and shipping method).

If your tracking link seems stuck or does not update for several days, please contact me so I can look into it for you.


Wrong Address or Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order.

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to the sender, I may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
  • If the order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address and is not returned, I may not be able to replace or refund the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems significantly delayed (for example, more than 30 days after shipping), please contact me with your order number and any tracking information you have.

I will do my best to:

  • Check the status with the fulfillment/shipping partner.
  • Find out if the parcel is still in transit, held at customs, or returned.
  • Discuss possible solutions with you (replacement or partial refund), depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and the packaging.
  • A short description of the problem.

I will review the case and, when the issue is confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund according to our refund/return policy.


Cancellations and Changes

Because items are printed on demand, orders usually start production shortly after being placed.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
  • I cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible once production has started, but I will do my best to help.

Tous les produits sont imprimés à la demande (pas de stock) avec un délai de production d’environ 2 à 7 jours ouvrés, puis un délai de livraison estimé entre 3 et 20 jours ouvrés selon le pays.

Les frais de port sont calculés à la caisse en fonction de ta localisation. Des taxes ou frais de douane peuvent s’ajouter selon ton pays et restent à ta charge. En cas de problème (colis perdu, très en retard, ou produit abîmé/incorrect), tu peux me contacter avec ton numéro de commande et des photos, et je ferai de mon mieux pour trouver une solution (remplacement, remboursement, etc.).
